Rebuilt this thing from the ground up. Ran it yesterday for a good hour, power broom and blower. Zero issues. Running fresh fuel with Stihl mix and seafoam. I have no idea why all of a sudden it's doing this. Ran perfectly yesterday. Now?? Surging and bogging down... WHY!?!?
EDIT: issue is intermittent. Tank was initially (today) filled to 4/5th roughly. Ran better after burning off some fuel. I did somewhere read that a tank too full can be an issue. Perhaps this is it??
I think the picture says it all, but the current state of affairs is a disaster. Is overseeding going to fix this?? My understanding is that with time as the grass grows thicker, it'll takeover the space and the weeds will be weeded out progressively. Help??

Our unit, which we used this winter for heating, stopped heating all together. Compressor was making quite the noise! Had a tech come and check it out. He added about a pound of refrigerant for an operating pressure of 350 psi. Unit STILL does NOT produce any noticeable amount of heat. Outside temps roughly -10C to -15C. I washed the rad outside, no change.
Tested just now, outside temps at about +15C, and it is producing some heat.
Important note: we have a second unit exactly the same, and that unit produces significantly more heat.
Any idea where to begin?? What to check??
