My posture really sucks, so I tried to improve it by doing exercises at home. It went pretty well up until a couple days ago when I woke up with this aching in my left scapula area (the side that has the most postural imbalance). Later that day i tried to stretch it away but it wouldn't budge, so I stopped stretching and exercising for a couple of days. Today I decided to start again (the pain didn't dissappear over the days) and I feel like i made it worse. It hurts when I move and try to breathe😭 I'm planning on going to the doctor tomorrow but before that i have to give a presentation at school and i'm scared it will keep me from performing well💔does anybody have any advice😭😭😭i just wanted to improve my posture i can't believe this😭😭
