I had my application to sell on walmart denied today. The process happened when I was applying for the Marketplace wallet. For some reason out of all the options they had which they had 6-7 I decied to apply for the Walmart marketplace hyper wallet since its from walmart directly. Well after two days the application was denied and I never got a reason why it was denied. So I opened a case inquiring about the reason and if there was anything that I could do to appeal. Has anyone else gone through this issue and what did you do to solve it and how long does it take walmart to response to the case?

I received a 50-point TikTok violation because TikTok claims I am selling a counterfeit product even though it is my own brand and my own product. They are requesting a POA (Plan of Action) explaining how we will address customer complaints and improve operations.

Up until now, we have simply been issuing refunds whenever there was an issue because we did not want customers to have a bad experience. Our main concern is that TikTok’s system does not seem to be functioning properly.

TikTok says the corrective action plan must explain:

• the root cause of the issue
• the specific steps taken to resolve it

They also requested supporting images/documents such as:

• shipping carrier agreements
• supplier purchase orders/certificates
• quality control improvements
• updated product listings
• updated inventory systems
• updated packaging materials

Here is our current situation:

• We use TikTok Shipping already
• We are improving the taste/formula of the product
• We are NOT changing the packaging because the current packaging is already approved in Walmart and CVS stores
• We are providing COAs for all ingredients used in the product
• We already use TikTok’s inventory system
• We are currently updating product images/listings again

Does anyone know how long the POA should typically be? Also, based on the above, does it sound like we are approaching this correctly?

Has anyone successfully switched from phone number verification to an authenticator app on Walmart?

No matter how many times I try, the Walmart QR code will not work on my device. Every authenticator app I use says the QR code is unsupported when I scan it.

Has anyone else had this issue or found a fix?
