[Product Request] Best goat milk bar soap for soft, moisturized skin?

I’ve never used a goat milk bar soap before, but the Kate Somerville Goat Milk Moisturizing Cleanser works REALLY well for my face. It makes my skin feel soft, calm, moisturized, and not stripped at all, so now I’m curious about trying goat milk bar soap for my body.

I’m looking for a genuinely high-quality goat milk bar soap that feels creamy, moisturizing, gentle, and luxurious on the skin. I don’t want anything super drying, overly perfumed, or gimmicky with barely any actual goat milk in it.

For people who regularly use goat milk soap:

What’s the BEST one you’ve tried?

Which ones actually leave your skin soft and hydrated after showering?

Any brands that are truly worth the money?

Bonus if it helped with dry skin, texture, or just gave that smooth/moisturized skin feeling.

Empower Pharmacy Tirzepatide?

I’m curious about y’all’s experience with Empower Pharmacy’s tirz formula with B3 added.

I originally started on semaglutide from Empower with B12 and that’s actually where I lost most of my weight about 70 pounds. It worked really well for me for a long time.

Eventually I switched to tirz (Hallandale formula) because:

the B12 in the Empower sema was breaking me out REALLY bad, and
semaglutide stopped being as effective for weight loss for me.

Since switching to tirz, I’ve basically just been maintaining. I’m not really losing or gaining — just stuck at a plateau.

Now I’m considering trying Empower’s tirz formula, but I know they add B3/niacin and I’m nervous because of my experience with B12 causing acne.
From what I’ve researched, B3 doesn’t seem to trigger acne the way B12 and sometimes B6 can, but I wanted to hear real experiences from people actually taking it.
For those on Empower tirz with B3:

Have you noticed any side effects from the B3?
Any acne or skin changes?

Any benefits like energy, appetite suppression, less fatigue, etc.?

Do you feel different on it compared to plain tirz?
Would love honest feedback before I switch.

Has anyone here actually used GHK-Cu, glutathione, KPV, or NAD+ (especially injections)?

I keep seeing people stack these and I’m trying to figure out what’s real vs hype.

- What did you take and how did you take it (injection, oral, topical)?
- What benefits did you actually notice? (skin, energy, weight, inflammation, etc.)
- How long did it take to see results?
- Any side effects?
- And where are you getting yours from? (clinic, telehealth, compounding pharmacy?)

Be honest — did it actually make a difference or not worth it?

I’m honestly getting frustrated and need some real feedback.

I’ve been on compounded tirzepatide (Hallandale Pharmacy, 15 mg) for about 6 months now, and it feels like it just… stopped working. I had progress in the beginning, but I’ve been stuck in the 220s for a while and nothing is moving anymore.

Same habits, still trying to stay consistent, but the appetite suppression is nowhere near what it used to be. It’s like my body adapted and now I’m just maintaining instead of losing.

Now I’m trying to figure out what makes the most sense:

Has anyone switched pharmacies and actually noticed a difference in effectiveness?

Is it worth trying a different compounding pharmacy before giving up on tirzepatide?

Or is this the point where people move to retatrutide (RETA)? If you switched, was it noticeably better?

I don’t want to keep wasting time and money if this version just isn’t working for me anymore.
