i want to claim warranty for this laptop

i got this from best buy USA , it was a open box excellent condition laptop

but now its showing issues

im in india right now and cannot send it to US

got this from best buy usa , it was a open box excellent condition

its got warranty in the app

but the thing is im in india

and i cannot send this back to US

can i claim the warranty here

this screen black lines are coming in the when i surf with the cursor

how to fix this

and whats causing this issue

please help

cpu temps on idle are looking high, fans are on max rpm , hybrid mode , performance to balanced

and cpu max power is set to 99% as 100% would get temps even higher

laptop is on a glass surface

and i have to set the maximum cpu power to 99% instead of 100% as the temps go even higher
