Privileges after graduation?

I’m graduating in a couple of days and was wondering if I would still have any privileges left or is it the minute I graduate, everything is cut off?? If that makes sense

For example, the Gym would I still be able to use that or is just done

Long story short, my roommate moved her friend in without telling my roommates and I. I’m at my breaking point with her and I just want to report her to the leasing office based off all the violations and disregard about her other roommates feelings(yes, I know this is snitchy but I don’t care anymore). Her and the friend are also always smoking weed (multiple times a day) even though they have been asked to stop numerous times. So that’s also something I want to snitch about.

For the roommate/squatter situation I don’t believe I would get in trouble for it because that’s not my guest(?), But for the weed I think they leasing office would try to put it on all of us, and I don’t want to deal with that fine.

How do I go about this?

Added context: we all have separate leases

I have two questions!!

Just had my package stolen that contained my graduation outfit that’s in approx 10 days. I live in apt complex with lockers, but UPS didn’t put it in there. There’s a camera in there, but I don’t know if it’s on or off (it’s a newer build so I hope it’s on). The problem is the people at the front desk are unhelpful and act like they hate their job, how would I go about getting the camera footage (if it exists) from them in a legal way if they give me a hard time about it?

What recourse can I take the alleged thief? Realistically I don’t think that the police would care that a $100 worth of clothes were taken, so I don’t think a criminal charge is possible; BUT I kinda want to make the person who did this pay, as bad as that may sound. It’s finals week and they have added more stress to my life🫩
