Can I prevent the handle going down to far?

I'm just wondering if this is possible or not... I've installed a smart lock, which just fits, and works fine.

Because the lock is very close to the handle, if someone were to push the handle all the way down, it would hit the lock. This isn't a problem for me as I live alone. I'm just concerned about visitors using the door, and pushing the handle down hard/all the way... Is there any way I can adjust how far the handle goes down? To prevent it from being pushed down to far? You can see in the pictures how little I have to push the handle down, for it to come away from the frame, allowing the door to open.... Is this something that can be adjusted to prevent it being pushed down to far? Is this a thing? Any advice appreciated! Thanks.

Hi All 👋.

Got the SwitchBot Lock Ultra and vision keypad yesterday, Haven't had time to set it all up properly yet, was just browsing the app and noticed an open door icon (even when shut and locked)... Im 99.9% positive I done the magnet calibration to (which from what I remember locked it after calibrating with the magnet).

I'm guessing the icon means it thinks the door is open? Is it just a case of being to far away? I thought it was within the 5cm, and I used the 30-50mm side of the magnet to 🤷‍♂️ Bit frustrating as I followed the instructions in the app and it said to stick before testing... and as it was within 5cm I thought it would be ok? It looks like it's within 5cm to me? Does anyone have any tips/advice? As otherwise I'm going to have to ruin the sticky pad by pulling it off and trying to place closer... It's not supposed to be at the bottom is it? Thanks

Hi all 👋

I'm looking at purchasing the SwitchBot Smart Lock Ultra with keypad vision.

I've noticed on Amazon there are two, varying in price by £20. The only difference I've noticed is that the more expensive one (keypad vision pro), comes with Palm vein recognition...

Does anyone know if that's the one single difference? I'm not fussed on the palm vein feature, and not made of money, so if I can save 20quid I will 😅 I just wasn't sure if that's the only difference? If so I'll just go for the one without palm vein recognition

I believe the difference is one is the 'keypad vision', The other is 'keypad vision pro'

Any advice/info much appreciated, (UK based if that makes any difference to product).

Cheers 👍

Hi all 👋

Looking to purchase the U200 Smart Lock for euro cylinders (UK based)

I want to have full functionality/ability to be able to amend all settings/automation.

I have an Android phone and no Apple products. I believe Home assistant is for Apple? From what I can see there's an app called matter? Or thread? Apologies for sounding stupid, I'm pretty confused.

I've got numerous smart bulbs and plugs, Which I use the Smartlife app for, But I've never explored out of that.

I have 2x Amazon Echo 4th gen speakers, which from what I've read can act as a hub? Which is what I believe this matter over thread needs?

Apologies for sounding dumb. I just don't want to buy the lock/keypad for £180... To then find out I need to pay more money for a hub? I believe it's called an Aqara M3 hub?... I'm unsure whether my 4th gen echo's act as this apparent hub that's needed? To be able to have full functionality and use this matter over thread app? Or whether I will have to buy the Aquara M3 hub?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Cheers 👍
