So my po diagnosed me as smi im currently on house arrest(decent lawyer) but they are recommending revocation and im not willing todo menral health probation im not seriously mentally (shes not a doctor) im not incurring medical debt to goto a doctor. PO's arent doctors. They said I was super cooperative on house arrest. What can I do? Im tired of this mental health probation is simply put busy work it doesnt help my chances of diversion as im already convicted. I would rather do prison time than a state hospital im not seriously mentally ill but the judge will read that what now?My judge said in the filings cannot speak for myself. I can if given a chance. My priority is work and family am I wrong?
