I even called Phillips, went through their ridiculous AI answering system that interrupted me repeatedly when trying to answer its questions. They don’t have a way to restore my bridge. This was nothing I did and probably their own software update that caused this.

Besides having to add all my lights back, I have Home Assistant configurations that all need to be remapped, as well as Alexa configurations I’ll need to redo.

Hours of work on my part for the most expensive home automation products on the market.

I guess there’s 3rd party apps that offer backup solutions but the support person had the additional gall to tell me not to use 3rd party apps.
