I 27F have had two consecutive months of false positive pregnancy tests, followed shortly thereafter by negatives and negative blood hcg levels. I am about a month and a half- 2 months into my venlafaxine wean. I was not having any symptoms until about 2 weeks ago. I want to know if anyone else has experienced this.

I (27F) have now had two consecutive months of false positive pregnancy tests. Let me explain:
March 31st of this year I was late for my period and took a pregnancy test that came back positive and I took like 4 more that night and 2 over the consecutive days since I didn’t believe it. I was bleeding pretty heavily the next 2 days after. I had sensitive boobs, nausea, and headache. I went and saw my doctor 3 days after my positive test and my test there was negative with two serial hcg blood tests negative too. My doctor (a family doctor) said it was likely false positive and didn’t have much of an explanation as to why I would have had false positives. I had a weird 4 day period after(normally 7 days). But I moved on.
I had a positive ovulation test on April 20th, I would have conceived that night (likely). And since I use natural cycles too my temperature showed I ovulated on April 22nd. On April 30th I had two positive tests again and another one the following day. I went and had an HCG level done out of pocket because I was scared again, I haven’t seen those results yet. But today (May 3rd) I had another negative pregnancy test yet no period yet. I’m devastated.
After the first, I felt so dismissed by my doctor. I plan to see an OBGYN as soon as I can get into one. I am a mess and really scared there’s something wrong with my body. Has this happened to anyone else?
To note, I am weaning my antidepressant venlafaxine for the last month and a half- 2 months. All the research I have done I can’t find a single link to the two. I am just confused and sad. I need answers but just feel so dismissed by everyone. Let me know if you know of any reason why. Thanks.
