I know it’s not quite common here, but does anybody around Charlotte area apply undercarriage coatings (woolwax, fluid film)?

Concern about Rust. Planned purchase of an LX 570.
Planning on a long term purchase for this vehicle. Will be bringing this car down to Georgia and Florida. 60k miles driven in DC area. 2018.
I’ve done some nationwide searches of this color combo and package, and unfortunately it’s been quite limited.
Wanted to know if one this is feasible to maintain and mitigate for a long term purchase purchase? Or is this amount of rust a no-no?

Hey, I’ve been on the hunt of a Lexus 570 with some specific features.
I’ve been provided some photos of undercarriage on one that hits my requirements.
Being from the Georgia, I’m not sure what I should be considered to be a detrimental amount of rust. This is a car I plan on being in the family for 10+ years.
Would this become an issue in the near future? I’d be bringing the car back down south, can I stall so that this is a non issue?
