Proud of what I did at the buzzer for the summer. Kept all my strength did not track any food (just ate less and a fuck ton of protein).

Made more progress in these 6 weeks than I did the year prior. Also included where I was one and two years ago for fun in that last pic.

This shit is really easy when you dial, just trust the process

1000 calorie deficit for past 3 weeks to get over a breakup. Gone from 164lbs to 159. (Also got back on creatine though in last pic and feel like I look bloated). Thinking of pushing it to 155-150? Thoughts?

5 8”, 158lbs. I lost a lot of weight (90lbs) from two years ago. I feel like I have god awful upper pecs despite only training incline.

Is that fixable or just how my muscles sit on my body?

I also don understand how I carry so much fat in my core with shoulder and chest striations starting to show.

Also I am planning on continuing to cut to 145, maybe lower. Do people have advice/thoughts?
