(Forgot to add both in our 20s) Any advice would be appreciated - so I think our relationship would be best described as friend/crush (mutual) at its best when we were working together. We would message nearly every day in the evening for a time. Things eventually dwindled out then they went off to study and we didn't speak.

The other day I think I saw her but I pussied out of just going up and talking as I wasn't sure. A part of me thinks that if they wanted to speak they would have reached out there and then.

I have never been good at reaching out even at the best times. So I wonder if there is any point after a gap of not talking to contact? Also what would I even say? Thanks
