Revision tip plasty, 6 years PO

I’ve been considering a tip revision for the last 6 years since having my rhinoplasty, and I’d really love some honest advice or to hear from anyone who’s been through something similar.

Overall, I don’t hate my nose, but if there’s one thing I would change, it’s the tip. I feel like it’s too pointy, too projected, and slightly too upturned. I actually don’t mind the upturn itself, but combined with how sharp/pointy the tip is, I feel like it exaggerates it and makes it stand out more than I’d like. From the 3/4 angle, that’s when I notice the issue the most. I also have some hanging columella, which I think is more noticeable because of how upturned the tip is.

I recently went back to Istanbul for consultations and saw my original surgeon, as well as Mehmet Erdil and Doğan Pınar. I’m seriously considering a revision next year, whether with my original surgeon or someone new, but I know tip work is delicate and revisions can be unpredictable, which makes me nervous.

Has anyone here had a successful tip plasty/tip revision, especially for projection, pointiness, or correcting an over-rotated tip? Was it worth it, and are you happy with the result? I’d really appreciate hearing real experiences.

I’m 5’3 and 56kg with a petite frame, and I’m scheduled for breast augmentation next month. During both of my consultations, my surgeon advised against round implants and said she could achieve the same look with high-profile Motiva Ergonomix implants. I’m attaching a photo of myself along with my inspiration photo for reference.

My main concern is size do you think 295cc might be too small? She measured me and recommended 270cc, but she ordered both 270cc and 295cc in Motiva so we have both options available.
