Hello everyone,

I'm 26F from the US looking forward to get my nose done in Turkey. I've gotten insane quotes from American doctors, most of them quoted me from $18,000 - $30,000 which is insane. For that reason, I'm going to Turkey. I'm torn between

  1. Dr. Mehmet Erdil

  2. Prof. Dr Fahrettin Yilmaz

  3. Dr. Muhammet Dilber

Has anybody gotten their nose done by any of these Dr's?

How was your experience? Would you recommend them?

Why or why not? Thank you!

As you can see in this gallery, 3D planning is something that can only be performed by highly skilled and experienced surgeons. That’s exactly why we share these detailed simulations directly with our patients.

After the surgery, patients keep their 3D models. Using the Kratos Surgery app, we continue to track their progress by rescanning their faces after 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year. This allows us to monitor the entire healing process with precision.

Both the initial simulation and all follow-up 3D models remain accessible to the patient. We are confident enough in our doctors that every surgical plan is first validated through this level of simulation.

We work with three different surgeons, each specialized in a specific area such as natural noses or ethnic rhinoplasty. Each doctor applies their own expertise on the software as if they are performing a real surgery.

This is the level of advanced technology and care we provide to our patients in our clinics.

I don't really see ethnic noses on Dr. Baver Simsek Instagram page. Has anyone with ethnic and thick skin gone to him? If so, how was you experience? Looking to get a revision for my nose.

Hello Friends,

I’ve been considering getting a nose job in Turkey and unfortunately it’s taken me a while to bite the bullet and pay the deposit. When I first reached out to Tolga, the price was $5000 in Aug 2024. Then when I reached back out November 2024, prices went up $500. Now prices are $6000. I know the price of everything is going up and I’m kind of beating myself up about not booking earlier. But I’ve seen other people post about how they paid $4000 last year. Tolgas assistant said they haven’t had that price in 5 years. Besides that, I’m nervous because I’ve seen someone in the WhatsApp chat get removed when talking about a negative experience. I just feel like I’m getting overwhelmed with all of this and I’m ready to lock something in but I want a decent surgeon. Anyone have any recommendations or thoughts? Maybe other surgeons with better pricing? I don’t want to be cheap either

When patients scan their faces with Kratos, a detailed 3D anatomical model is generated. Our doctors carefully analyze this model, evaluating the underlying cartilage and bone structure to determine how the planned external aesthetic changes should be implemented internally. This ensures results that are natural, anatomically accurate, and sustainable.

Revision tip plasty, 6 years PO

I’ve been considering a tip revision for the last 6 years since having my rhinoplasty, and I’d really love some honest advice or to hear from anyone who’s been through something similar.

Overall, I don’t hate my nose, but if there’s one thing I would change, it’s the tip. I feel like it’s too pointy, too projected, and slightly too upturned. I actually don’t mind the upturn itself, but combined with how sharp/pointy the tip is, I feel like it exaggerates it and makes it stand out more than I’d like. From the 3/4 angle, that’s when I notice the issue the most. I also have some hanging columella, which I think is more noticeable because of how upturned the tip is.

I recently went back to Istanbul for consultations and saw my original surgeon, as well as Mehmet Erdil and Doğan Pınar. I’m seriously considering a revision next year, whether with my original surgeon or someone new, but I know tip work is delicate and revisions can be unpredictable, which makes me nervous.

Has anyone here had a successful tip plasty/tip revision, especially for projection, pointiness, or correcting an over-rotated tip? Was it worth it, and are you happy with the result? I’d really appreciate hearing real experiences.

As you can see, we don’t simply show patients a photo and say, “This is the nose we will give you.” Surgery is a serious medical procedure that requires careful planning and precision. Promising a result based on a single image is not realistic.

With Kratos Surgery, patients scan their faces in 3D from the comfort of their own home and share the data with us using our clinic code. Then, three of our surgeons, each specialized in rhinoplasty, create their own treatment plans based on the patient’s facial structure.

The patient reviews these three different 3D designs and chooses the one they prefer. We then match the patient with the doctor who created that plan.

This process is highly detailed and professional. Doctors essentially perform a virtual surgery, testing different approaches and planning the most accurate and achievable outcome.

Help

I’m looking for a highly skilled revision rhinoplasty surgeon in Turkey for a difficult case.
I previously had surgery in Sweden with Dr. Dan and after spending around €90,000, my nose is now crooked and partially collapsed. The procedure should never have been done this way.

The experience has been physically and mentally devastating, and I’m scared of making another mistake. If anyone has recommendations for truly experienced revision surgeons in Turkey, especially for complex/collapsed noses, I would really appreciate it. Please please help girl out I can’t offered another Dr and I need this thing fixed any girl that had same experience or same problem

Hi everyone,

I’m an English-speaking nurse currently working in Istanbul, Turkey, and over the past few years I’ve seen a lot of international patients come here for treatments ranging from cosmetic procedures to dental work and general surgeries.

I noticed that many people abroad are interested in treatment in Turkey but are also understandably nervous about:
- clinic safety,
- communication barriers,
- hidden costs,
- recovery,
- transportation,
and whether they can actually trust what they see online.

I’m not here to aggressively advertise anything. I just genuinely thought it could help people to have someone on the inside answer questions honestly from a healthcare perspective.

If you’ve been considering treatment in Turkey and have questions about:
- what the experience is really like,
- how hospitals differ from small clinics,
- what recovery support looks like,
or what red flags to watch for,

I’d be happy to help if I can.

Front view

Too many Turkish surgeons show only the side or partial side view, no good full front views.

I'm considering Turkey for surgery because when I talk to US doctors they seem intimidated by my nose. I'm not asking for a drastic result, I even say "just tip, no bridge work maybe?" And they have gingerly suggested I get bridge work done, too, however adding disclaimers such as (paraphrase) "You don't expect your nose to be smaller, do you?" (I didn't ask for it to be smaller, just nicer shaped, however their apprehension all together makes me think they are flat out intimidated.)

For reference: My nose is wide with a bulbous tip, has two different sized nostrils (deviated septum) and is bifid. It also has a slightly high bridge with a small hump. I have very thin skin. It actually doesn't look at bad as it sounds, but obviously not ideal.

Anyway, beginning to think that it may be impossible to better shape the last third of my nose without getting bridge work, too (based on doctor reactions) and am bothered that I can't get good front views from Turkish docs. I would definitely rather keep my high bridge and not widen the nose from the front if that is the trade off. I also kinda like my slightly high bridge.

Considering Niyazi Altintoprak because people say such wonderful things and his work looks good. Afraid he only does Barbie noses, however. I want a straight bridge.

TLDR: Give me your experience with how your Turkish bridge work looks in front view, and who was your doctor?!

De mehmet emre dinc

Has anyone here had surgery with Emre Dinc and is 1+ years post-op?

I really love his work and he seems genuinely caring, but my only concern is that I can’t find many long term healed results. I’ve also only seen one bad review, which makes me wonder if negative reviews get deleted or just aren’t shared much.

Would really appreciate any honest experiences, good or bad :)

Mehmet Erdil

I’m considering rhinoplasty with Mehmet Erdil because I really like his Instagram results and overall aesthetic and I’ve also heard a lot of good things about him, and I like that he offers free revisions.

But I had a paid consultation and left a bit unsure. He was about 20 minutes late, didn’t apologise, and seemed a bit uninterested/inconvenienced, which made me uncomfortable.

I also said I’d think about it, but then his assistant followed up quite quickly asking if I’d decided, which put me off a bit.

I also noticed 2 negative reviews I had seen on RealSelf previously seem to have been deleted.

Am I overthinking this, or would you see these as red flags? I like his work, just unsure and dont know who to trust
