NEW 3DS XL having issues powering on and booting

Hi! I recently purchased this NEW 3DS XL from a third party. Initially the D-Pad and Circle Pad wasn’t registering, I took a closer look inside and bought a new Circle Pad, now as I learned online the top screen ribbons pretty much decide if the console wants to boot. After putting the system back together it wouldn’t boot anymore, it would give a blue light and hold for 4-5 seconds but sometimes a pop sound and sometimes not. Online I learned that the Pop noise pretty much determines something in the ribbons is wrong. Which I checked here and noticed the one ribbon has a bit of marks/dents but no noticeable tears or rips.

Editor note: After closing it back up it does this thing where when I try to power it, it won't turn on. I plug it into the charger the orange light stays for 4 seconds and the system will power but the blue light instantly goes out after a second. Now I'm really confused. Keep in mind this console was initially working before I opened it, so maybe I broke something or what I have no idea, would love extra input on this.

Anycubic Kobra 2 Max 215C 65C .4mm 1.5mm Retraction Generic White PLA 60mm/s Speed Fresh new nozzle and hot end (printed benchy and shark bottle opener perfectly) Any help would be appreciated I’m kinda wasting filament at this point, I’m not sure if it’s my settings but overhang on this front part is such a problem the back has a similar overhang and never has this issue! (It’s an Iron Man Helmet top part)

Anycubic Kobra 2 Max 70mm/s speed 215C Nozzle 65 Bed 1.5mm Retract Generic PLA Anycubic Slicer Next

My supports are looking like this recently I had recently changed my settings to add Z-hop by 1mm because my nozzle was bumping into my support trees then my nozzle clogged, I removed both screws in the back of the fan and removed the cover to clean any filament under the rubber on the hot end. I made sure all the connectors were in and screwed it back in. Eventually no problems occurred until it started scraping my build plate I made sure my zoffset was good it’s currently at -1.07 now I’m at a loss, no settings were altered everything is the same I turned zhop off and everything. This printer is a headache and I think I understand why Cura and such don’t support it.
