i am 22F, and i've been on semaglutide since early january this year and have lost 30lbs (currently 5'3, 142lbs). i got off birth control early october 2025 due to side effects. i am three days late for my period and took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative...

has anyone on semaglutide ever miss a period? should i be worried?
