[Product Question] Anyone tried Cosmedica skincare Pure Hyaluronic acid serum? Is it cruelty free as claimed?

Hi all,

I’m looking for a new hydrating serum and I’ve been considering the Cosmedica Skincare Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum.

My skin is mostly normal, but it gets dehydrated pretty easily sometimes and I am careful about using products that feel too heavy ad they most times end up clogging my pores. I’ve been trying to focus more on hydration lately because my skin has been looking a bit dull and tight, especially after cleansing.

Has anyone here tried this serum? Did it layer well with the rest of your routine and did it help with hydration/plumpness?

I will appreciate hearing your experiences before I decide on it. Thank you in advance.

Is Cosmedica skincare serum cruelty free?

Hii all, although they have the leaping bunny certification, I would like to know from people with experience, if the Cosmedica skincare pure hyaluronic acid serum is cruelty free. Or someone who can help look it up even better.

Suggestions on a good cowarehousing place in town? Storage boxes keeps stacking up my place.

Good morning all, I'm not sure if there is anyone else here who runs a small ecommerce side business from home, but I’m reaching the point where boxes are basically taking over my spare room and part of the garage.

I originally looked into normal storage units, but I’d honestly rather have a space where I could also occasionally work, organize my inventory, maybe even meet clients without driving all over town. I recently came across a couple of places during my search online, but I’m curious if anyone here has actually used them or knows other cowarehouse spots around Lincoln area that's worth checking out.

I am mostly just looking for something practical and affordable before my house completely disappears under cardboard boxes. I'll appreciate the help and recs.

Suggestions on a accurate bonus depreciation calculator to help me calculate without overcomplicating things?

Hey all, I’ve been trying to better understand bonus depreciation for some property purchases this year and honestly most calculators or articles I’ve found either feel overly technical or assume you already speak accountant.

I mainly just wanted a quick way to estimate how much could potentially be deducted in the first year before talking to my CPA. While I was searching around, I came across several tools online which seemed pretty straightforward, but I’m curious if anyone here uses other calculators, tools, or resources they trust for this things, won'tlike to mess it up.

I am mostly looking for something simple and accurate enough for planning purposes, not necessarily full tax software.

I would also appreciate any recommendations or experiences because I feel like I’m spending more time decoding tax language than actually planning purchases.

Hey everyone,

We just moved into a new place here and I’m trying to get ahead of things than waiting until later. The AC unit seems okay for now, but not working as efficiently as I’d like it to but I’d feel better having someone come take a look for maintenance and just in case anything needs fixing early on.

I’ve been browsing around and came across a few HVAC service companies online but it’s hard to tell what’s actually good vs just good marketing.

If anyone here has worked with a reliable HVAC company in the area for servicing or repairs, I’d really appreciate the recommendations or even who to avoid.

Thank you in advance.

Hey everyone,

We just moved into a new place here and I’m trying to get ahead of things before the real heat kicks in later. The AC unit seems okay for now, but not working as efficiently as I’d like it to but I’d feel better having someone come take a look for maintenance and just in case anything needs fixing early on.

I’ve been browsing around and came across a few HVAC service companies online like P&D HVAC but it’s hard to tell what’s actually good vs just good marketing.

Heyy all, me and my family moved into this new home in Ontario, it's a little over a month and I could notice mold forming already. We originally started a little basement renovations ourselves when we noticed the moisture and what looks like early molds starting in a couple of the corners in the basement.

And to be honest I would prefer to deal with this now than wait until it turns into a bigger problem, worried it could turn into a health hazard even though we don't use the basement often. I have been looking into some basement waterproofing company and did saw a few of them, but I wanted suggestions on the ones in Ontario who understands the local challenges like the clay soil, and heavy freeze-thaw cycles.

I would prefer a company that is insured and have a clear warranty or whatever assurance in place. Any help at all will be appreciated, I don't mind a good one from our the province too, but would prefer a waterproofing company in Ontario. Thank you in advance.

Hey everyone, I just finished an IT internship and got a return offer, which I’m genuinely grateful for but I’m a bit conflicted.

A lot of what I dealt with during the internship wasn’t super technical. It was mostly issues caused by employees using work emails and company devices on random third-party sites. I even helped organize a quick training around it, but people still kept doing the same things and I’d see new issues pop up not long after.

It started feeling less like IT work and more like trying to get people to change habits they don’t really care about.

Now I’m trying to decide if I should accept the offer or look elsewhere. Part of me feels like I won’t be taken seriously there long-term, but I’m also worried turning it down might be a bad career move this early.

Would you stick it out for the experience, or consider a different company? Is leaving something like this early basically career suicide or am I overthinking it?

Hi guys, so i'm relatively new at my current company and already getting thrown into the deep end with credential exposure stuff.

I did some initial checks against breach dumps and sure enough, found a handful of our company credentials already out there. I did what I thought was the right move, by putting together a quick security awareness session, and I told everyone to stop reusing their work emails on random sites, the usual spiel.

Literally a week later I run another check and there's a new hit. Probably someone signing into some sketchy service with their work email, who knows. It feels like i'm just playing whack-a-mole while people keep doing whatever they want.

I've been looking at a few tools to stay on top of this and came across a couple of them, honestly I am not even sure if the bigger problem is tooling or just... people being people.

What are you guys using for ongoing monitoring of this kind of thing? And more importantly, how do you get employees to stop being the problem and cooperate without looking like the bad guy? Is there any advice you guys can share with me before I completely lose it lol. I am open to hearing what's worked or hasn't worked for you.
