I’m really self conscious about my acne/rosacea and feel like my complexion is too pink/red against white. Does this look okay with my complexion or should I donate this dress?

So can anyone tell me what I am looking at?? Did this coat come with lice? This is a little strip that is on the neck collar on a faux fur coat I bought. I tried scraping/pinching off the white specks but they do not come off easily. What should I do?? I’m so grossed out rn 😭 there are several other fabric strips like this one pictured but this is the only one that has these little specks.

Currently have it in a sealed trash bag :/

EDIT: I mean lice EGGS. I didn’t see any live bugs. Sorry for the confusion!!
