First doctors appt

I'm going to an endocrinologist for the first time after having 200 TPO and 186 T3, what are some things I should ask/ mention. Will i end up just having to get more labs done/ are my numbers too low to have anythung more done than "keep an eye on it". I have had to cut out gluten, and take multiple naps just to get through the day, so I think its fair to say that i have some symptoms.

Heat protection for dry hair

hi! This may be common sense, but I have been so curious and I dont see videos explaining it. i am someone who uses heat to style my hair, and I use heat protection before blowdrying my hair after the washing it. I straighten my hair after I blow dry it because it is too frizzy to not, so i was wondering if i should be reapplying heat protection after blowdrying but before straightening, or if putting it on before blowdrying is enough. I currently use Ever Pure from L'oreal, and then Amika Superfruit Star oil which both have heat protection. I also occasionally use Bumble and Bumble's heat shield. If its not enough, I would love some recommendations of heat protection to use on dry hair!

Wondering how easy/ hard it would be to cover this up? Im thinking of getting flowers or leaf vine sort of thing. I got this a few weeks ago, and it didnt turned out how I had hoped and im having a hard time liking it. Ive been wanting a plant-eque tattoo for awhile and i feel like this tattoo is simple enough that it could be done. Would love to get some input

Found this DELICIOUS recipe on TikTok thats 80 g protein but only 47 g carbs. For dinner I need something heavier in carbs because I do strength/endurance workouts in the morning. Usually i make pasta with ground turkey, but I feel like I could be doing more. However I am gluten free so Its hard to find bread thats good that I can just eat all day. Im wondering if anyone has super easy meal preps that maybe have a better source of protein and more carbs. Im thinking maybe keep the turley and have a sweet potato instead of pasta?
