If it does happen do people actually sue and get a payout? I never seen it happen at my store I kind of assumed they would just give the customer a gift card or something.

I just feel like it would be petty to sue for a bruise.

I think I may have gotten a bad bottle I usually drink Ocho or G4 sometimes Mijenta. This time I went budget after a few drinks this stuff gave me one of the worst headaches. Anyone else experience this I might just be having a bad day.

At $21 dollars for 44% seems like a good deal just curious about the quality compared to others in the price range.
