I have a Dreame L50s Pro Ultra and I'm a bit worried about using the original AWH6 cleaning solution. I have a cat who loves walking on the wet floor right after mopping and then licking her paws. So i do have concerns about AWH6.

I want to switch to something safer for pets and am considering Bissell Natural Multi-Surface Floor Cleaning Solution (the plant-based / Pet version). Many people seem to use it successfully with Dreame.

Dock has a separate small detergent tank (for mop washing) and a large clean water tank. Questions for those who have tried it:

• Did you use Bissell?
• Did it work well? Any issues with foam, clogging, residue or mop cleaning?
• How exactly do you use it?
  • Pour it undiluted / almost pure into the small detergent tank?
  • Or dilute it and add to the big clean water tank?
  • Or both?
• Should i do dilution or just abstinence?

My goal is to ensure the safety of the pet and prevent damage to the dream dock and robot.

So basically recently i needed to contact amazon support. I'm on a Amazon Business Prime, however there is no chat, no phone and i even cannot request a call (because my country is not listed in available country list, to request a call). Asked AI, found multiple phone numbers, however all of them are invalid.

So what are the real options now?
