Investors and ownership sketchy, but Spark Capital, Google Ventures, NEA, and unnamed "angel" investors are part of the mix. Plaid runs Venmo, Robinhood and Coinbase. it's a US fintech run out San Fran, supposedly operating as a neutral intermediary in open banking. Why the F Telus has contracted with them, I cannot imagine (just don't want to think about). It's a financial circle jerk.

Google doesn't screen its ads. It has no scruples whatever. Google thinks ads that tout phrases like "...will make your dick so hard women will drool..." are suitable viewing on Youtube. STOP FEEDING THE BEAST

NEVER.
It is only a corporate policy, not the law. No one has to pay any person or company by pre-authorized debit* only. Corporations like to lie, don't be fooled! Below is a short list of phrases that all mean the same thing*.
- Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP)
- Automatic Bank Withdrawal (ABW)
- Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)
- Automatic Payments
- Direct Withdrawals
