I am kin student I recently shared a case study about obese client who never had exercise routine with a lot of postural issues and based on comments and everybody's ideas end up with this program for 2st session for class assignment

Session based on making sure client gonna have fun, not overwhelming, fundumentals, simple

Warm up light cardio arm and leg circle leg swing

Glute bridge and dead bug for activation

Teaching hinge and squat doing them with prgression and regression wuth kettle ball and bench for assistance

TRX row and Suitcase carry for winning exercises to make them feel good or any specific muscle that they always wanted to look good

Sled push or battle rope if they feel confident and optional

Cool down and stretchs

Personal trainers,

I am kin student educating myself on programming for client. I have a hard situation example

Imagine there is a obese 1 client without experience in working out and a lot of allignment issues in assessments (knee cave in low back arch ...)

Questions

What is your prefrence while programming especially first session?

You do foam rolling or no?

Do start teaching hinge bodyweight squat anf fundumentals like normal weight client first session or go directly for weight loss goal

How you approach 1 hour first session program

Hi

I'm in LA I got an interview for personal training position in college

I have all the certifications and qualifications, I feel super confident about myslef even tho I'm just 20

I don't wanna ruin this amazing thing that I got just because its my first interview at college and also first personal training interview

Any advice that can help me? What I should expect to see? It should be just like other normal gyms in the city with same questions?

It!s very funny, my facebook got suspended at 5pm, I sent an appeal, they gave my account back in 1 hour.

Now my instagram, 1 week ago, did the same appeal, nothing

So they will see and check if they want to, why they don't? Idk
