Session based on making sure client gonna have fun, not overwhelming, fundumentals, simple
Warm up light cardio arm and leg circle leg swing
Glute bridge and dead bug for activation
Teaching hinge and squat doing them with prgression and regression wuth kettle ball and bench for assistance
TRX row and Suitcase carry for winning exercises to make them feel good or any specific muscle that they always wanted to look good
Sled push or battle rope if they feel confident and optional
Cool down and stretchs
