[Routine Help] Looking for lightweight soothing products to add to a basic routine

Hi! I’m pretty new to skincare and have only recently started building an actual routine.

I never thought of my skin as particularly sensitive, so I used to just use whatever products were at home, or sometimes skip skincare altogether if my skin didn’t feel dry. But after coming back from a recent trip, my skin suddenly became more irritated and red, which made me realize that different skin concerns probably need different kinds of care.

Recently, I switched to a cream from TOUN28, and it seems to work really well for my skin. It feels soothing, so I’m planning to keep using it.

My skin is combination, with an oily T-zone, and my main concerns right now are irritation and redness.

My current routine is:

AM: Sample foam cleanser (it was a free sample, so I can’t check the product name) + serum

PM: TOUN28 cream

My routine is still very basic, and I’m wondering if there’s anything I could add.

I’m looking for something lightweight and non-greasy, preferably products that help with soothing and hydration. Any beginner-friendly recommendations would be really appreciated

Anyone else obsessed with gel masks? Or is it just me?

I went to Korea recently and did the whole 'Korea travel course', you know?

Like, everyone does the usual samgyeopsal, fried chicken and beer… it’s kind of predictable at this point, right?

But I have a Korean friend, so I hung out with them we had gopchang, ate some raw fish, went to one of those Instagrammable cafés and even went to a jjimjilbang.

That’s where I tried a face mask. My friend had brought it and put it on me, and it was so good!

My body was all warm, but my face felt super cool, and it kind of felt like my skin was tightening.

I think it was from TONE28. My body felt warm, but my face felt super cool almost like my skin was tightening.

My friend said it was a gel mask, and I liked it so much that I bought a few to bring back.

Anyone else into gel masks like this, or is it just me?

I’ve been watching Doom at Your Service lately. It’s been out for a while, but I randomly found it on Netflix and clicked on it without thinking now I’m almost done with it. Park Bo-young is so adorable, and Seo In-guk really brings out that unique vibe of a non-human character serious, yet a bit playful at the same time.

Has anyone else seen this drama? If you were in that situation, would you ask to forget all the memories of someone you love if they were going to die?
