Can Anyone Purchase Tickets?

So I'm trying to buy some tickets for myself for some showings to films like Shrek, Top Gun, ect but every time I go past the select seat option it tells me "Oh No! It looks like there's something wrong with our system!" so I just wanted to see if anyone else is having the same issue.

So around last night towars 10 pm I was editing a video and I was finishing the last parts of it by trying to add the color of the text I want and add a couple of stickers. But when I go into it I can't pull up the stickers. It always tells me I have no internet connection ans I can't even pull up one image. Please let me know if anyone else is having this issue.
