Love my Jackson but was offered this trade, I like the fast neck on the Ibanez

Hi yall,

I got this used Charvel dk24. It is my favorite guitar. Probably the best guitar I’ve picked up no cap.

Anyway, thinking of refinishing it. Probably would do so by a professional but I am wondering would this mess up the intonation or anything? I’ve never done this.
