I just had my first baby in January and I’m due to return to the nursing world n 2 weeks. I am absolutely DREADING leaving her but we need the income. I’ve applied to every remote job out there with no success. Does anyone have tips on how to land a remote nursing job? I have 6 years oncology experience currently working in a navigation role. I will do ANYTHING to stay home with my daughter

I think I resent my mil bc I know she’s going to be watching my baby in a few weeks when I go back to work. I know I may be over reacting a bit bc she is not horrible by any means. However, she’s taken my baby out of my arms multiple times & it makes me truly livid. She thinks she’s helping by giving me a “break” from holding her when I’ve explicitly said I don’t need a break from my baby. I want my baby to be loved and have a great relationship with her grandparents, but something just isn’t sitting right with how much she tries to take her from me. We went to their house for dinner over the weekend and I didn’t get to hold my baby the entire 3 hours. She also said no when I asked for her back.. Is this normal?? How can I talk to her about this without coming off crazy? My husband thinks I’m being crazy and “she just loves her.” But she can love the baby and not need to hold her every single chance she gets?? I truly cannot fathom the thought of her watching the baby and not knowing what she’s doing or if she’s following our rules. She’s not one to update and send pics. I truly think I’m going to lose it in 2 weeks when I go back

Any advice appreciated
