What Temp To Cook Chicken Shwarma?

I marinated about five pounds total of chicken thighs and (halved) breasts. My thought is to use my al pastor pan to stack these vertically and then cook in my convection oven (grill is currently out of commission). Any thoughts on what temp to cook at? Want to try to get some charry bits on the outside without drying everything out too much. Thinking maybe 375F on the convection setting. Maybe crank the broiler at the end for 3-4 mins?

Am I Crazy, Or Is This NOT a Torx Head?

2024 Ford Maverick; trying to remove the rear seat cushion. But the points on this look too rounded for Torx, no? Weirdly, there’s another bolt right next to it that is Torx.

FYI: Persimmon Trees Sometimes Take Until July to Leaf Out

I added two Fuyu persimmon to my orchard early last year. Was out there today and there’s not even a hint of a bud on them, while most of my trees have already flowered. Turns out this is pretty normal for persimmon, so hopefully mine are fine.

I have a Classen TS20 lawn overseeder with a Honda GX160 engine that I bought used. Starts first pull and runs basically perfectly. The only issue I have is that my lawn has some hills. If I go up a hill with it, no issues. If I go down a hill, no issues. However, if I try to go sideways on a hill, the engine stalls. You might say, “Well, just go up and down”. But it even stalls in the brief few seconds when it is sideways as I try to turn it when I get to the top of the hill.

It restarts immediately after straightening it out, but if it’s sideways, won’t run. It seems to happen if I go left OR right. Gas amount in the tank doesn’t matter: full or nearly empty.

Obviously, a fuel issue, but does this sound like something that can even be fixed or is this some sort of design flaw with this engine? Or should I just throw a fuel filter and carb clean at it?

I was able to time it perfectly and overseeded with TTTF just as soil temps consistently hit 50F in New England. This was three weeks ago. I also put down some starter ferts at the same time.
I got really good germination, and new sprouts are about 1-1.5” tall. I had also bought some Scott’s seeding ferts that has tenacity mixed in it, but haven’t used it yet.

I have zero dandelions. Like, none, though some of my neighbors have a lawnfull. Should I try to get down this Scott’s with Tenacity or am I going to damage my seedlings? Save it for next year?
