Add GHK-Cu to Wolv Stack for Wrist Sprain?
Hello,
I am 3 weeks into a wrist sprain. It's hard to tell what grade it is but I was in 10/10 pain the first 24 hours. I've been to the ortho and OT who both said it's most likely a peripheral ligament sprain on the ulnar/dorsal side with no concern for damage to the carpal bones and no signs of a full rupture of any ligament.
I have been running 1mg of BPC157 (split into AM/PM) daily and 2.5mg TB500 2x/week.
Progress has been good so far. It went from completely useless to functional for domestic life and lifting very quickly. For example I can hold a 45# DB in a neutral grip to do rows. There is still some discomfort and pain while loading with wrist extension and there's no way I could do a push-up yet.
My goal here is to increase recovery speed to get back to strengthening and then return to sport ASAP.
Would adding GHK-Cu to the current stack help speed up the recovery? I am finding mixed info online and would appreciate some clear guidance.
If this is a good idea then what would be the best dosage protocol and does proximity to injury have any impact? From what I've gathered so far I would use 2.5mg daily at a convenient subq spot. I have also seen the Anela Protocol mention mixing BPC with the GHK to reduce irritation.
Thanks for your help.
Edit: I am open to suggestions for other solutions as well.
