Add GHK-Cu to Wolv Stack for Wrist Sprain?

Hello,

I am 3 weeks into a wrist sprain. It's hard to tell what grade it is but I was in 10/10 pain the first 24 hours. I've been to the ortho and OT who both said it's most likely a peripheral ligament sprain on the ulnar/dorsal side with no concern for damage to the carpal bones and no signs of a full rupture of any ligament.

I have been running 1mg of BPC157 (split into AM/PM) daily and 2.5mg TB500 2x/week.

Progress has been good so far. It went from completely useless to functional for domestic life and lifting very quickly. For example I can hold a 45# DB in a neutral grip to do rows. There is still some discomfort and pain while loading with wrist extension and there's no way I could do a push-up yet.

My goal here is to increase recovery speed to get back to strengthening and then return to sport ASAP.

Would adding GHK-Cu to the current stack help speed up the recovery? I am finding mixed info online and would appreciate some clear guidance.

If this is a good idea then what would be the best dosage protocol and does proximity to injury have any impact? From what I've gathered so far I would use 2.5mg daily at a convenient subq spot. I have also seen the Anela Protocol mention mixing BPC with the GHK to reduce irritation.

Thanks for your help.

Edit: I am open to suggestions for other solutions as well.

Great Whites at Skeleton Bay

Hello,

I have been watching a lot of videos from Skeleton Bay. It looks sharky, there are seals nearby and the water always seems churned up when there's swell so I assume the visibility is low. It seems like the perfect setup for an attack.

So, how come there haven't been any shark attacks on surfers?

Has anyone surfed there? If so, what was the vibe like?
