Under Your Scars vs Mine to Hunt

So, I've read Under Your Scars by Ariel N. Anderson and Mine to Hunt by C.O Wheel.

Has anyone read both? I feel like I need to talk about it or I'll be the one needing professional help. (I'm joking).

They have some similarities like a villain/psychopath MMC that stalked, hunted and protected the vulnerable FMC.

To be honest, while Under your scars destroyed me emotionally, I think Mine to hunt is my favorite in terms of writing and execution. It is more of a psychological thriller that has me on the edge of my seat.

Both MMC are masked psychopath/killers but if I had to compare them both... The masked man from Mine to Hunt is superior in my opinion. But the MMC from Under your scars is more emotionally poignant (?).

Yeah, I'm just looking for people to talk with. But for me I think, Mine to Hunt is my favorite while still incomplete.

P.S. Did you know Mine to Hunt was written by a man?
