Hey, I’m a bit worried and just want to know if this is normal or not.

I have shoulder-length curly hair and I usually wash it every 3–4 days. Today I noticed I’m losing a lot of hair when I detangle it.

In the shower, a lot of hair came out and most of it literally went down the drain (see pic), so I can’t even fully count it—but I’d say it was around double what’s shown. On top of that, I also lose hair when I brush it after taking my ponytail out, and more when I dry it.

It feels like a lot at once, but I’m not sure if it’s just normal shedding because I don’t wash my hair daily and it all comes out on wash days.

I don’t notice any bald spots or thinning, but seeing this much hair at once makes me a bit anxious.

Is this normal for curly hair / wash day shedding or should I be concerned?

Hey, I’m going into pre-nursing at USask and I need a stats course for the prereq year.

I’m not the best at math (I only took Foundations, not Pre-Calc), so I’m trying to pick something manageable.

My options are:

STAT 242/244/245/246, COMM 104, PSY 233, SOC 225, PLSC 214, or GE 210.

I know some have prereqs — but for anyone who’s taken them:

• Which one is the easiest / least math-heavy?

• Which ones can you actually take in first year?

Thanks!
