Optimistic points (though I’m still doubtful):
Zero political experience. Could mean fresh approach.
Optimistic that he won’t be corrupt. He doesn't need money tbh.
Vijay in his previous profession has been extremely professional and punctual. He was consistent as an actor. Hope he does the same as the chief minister.
Some ministers like Arun Raj and Keerthana looks promising.
Real worries:
Bussy Anand.
Aadav Arjuna and lottery mafia.
Most of these MLAs know they won purely on Vijay’s wave with zero groundwork. I expect them to treat this as a 5-year lifetime settlement scheme.
Heavy dependence on Route PR - feels like his entire time in politics will just be a scripted PR show with managed narratives.
More freebies incoming, which will kill funds for actual development.
