Hi all,

I’ve read of posts about fragrances and returns on here however I purchased a fragrance on Friday and they mentioned free engraving and I agreed. But $388 and 2 days later, the scent doesn’t last more than an hour on me.

Are fragrances that got engraved not returnable at all? Or does it also fall under the case by case basis?
