We will be moving to Mobile this summer and Sandpiper was the best floor plan/tour we went on out of the like maybe ten we fit into our trip to see everything. Wanted to see if any current residents could share their experiences?

Antique shopping today, and found this Coconut for $16.99. Debated going back for it, but wanted to see if anyone knows around the year this one could be from? The little gold AG sticker on the bottom was all it had, no leashes, collars, or accessories to help me figure it out.
