So, guys! I have this major problem: I think my legs might be a bit too heavy, but I don’t wear that as an excuse, so I do know I might just be too weak. But either way: I really want to do the front lever, I can do straddles, one legs and advanced tucks, but I can’t for the life of me pull of a full front lever. Any tips? I have been training my shoulders and upper back a lot for it, and I HAVE seen evolution, but still, can’t hit it.

So many people said it’d take years and all that, but I’ve been grinding like hell and feel like I’ve improved SO MUCH
