Tell me if I’m understanding the 992 correctly.

For context before I start, Im fairly new to sim racing and have about 40 hours into ACC, and 80 in other sims. ACC has been my primary sim as I really enjoy GT3 and have been spending most of my time racing the 296. Today I decided to give the 992 a shot and spent some time across Imola, Brands Hatch and Barcelona but want to make sure I’m understanding the correct way to drive the car. Are you supposed to use less or more gentle of a steering angle and essentially use the brakes to help rotate the car into a corner? Its a much different way of driving but I found myself weirdly able to control it after a few laps of keeping that in my head.

I picked up an R5 bundle with the brake booster about a month ago along. Along with that the usual titles, ACC, AC, AMS2 and American truck simulator. In that month Ive lost how many hours Ive spent playing, just one more lap has replaced just one more turn in Civilization. Is this how it is for everyone? Granted I suck at driving, but the learning process is more addictive than playing any Souls game.

I just picked up ACC during the current steam sale as Im a huge fan of GT3 but I know the AI can be weird these games when it comes to not knowing the player is there. What ai settings do you all recommend? In games like AMS2 I tend to go 90 on skill but lower aggression.
