Hey gang, does anyone have any good repositories of East Asian art for NPC tokens? I’m sorta committed to my next few campaigns all being in Tian Xia after my CURRENT Tian Xia campaign ends lol

I’ve already got the tokens and art from TXWG, Season of Ghosts, and I’ve already extracted all the art from Ruby Phoenix when I ran it a couple years ago. It’s all great, but some of the stuff is also pretty region-specific, and I try to keep things generally pretty culturally accurate.

I’m starting to run low in my well, after two years in this campaign and dozens of NPCs. There’s SO MUCH high fantasy European art, but not much from basically any other cultural inspiration.

Since my campaigns for the foreseeable future are gonna be in Shenmen, Lingshen, Songbai, Quain, and Goka, stuff that leans towards their cultural inspirations would be helpful.

Artstyles can be whatever, I’m chill with anime-style or the “pseudo realistic fantasy” style present in the TXWG or anything else, as long as it works in a Token.

At this point I’m gonna have to start pulling more from Wuxia, Chinese video games, and other East Asian sources, it’s just a lot of work, and I’d like to save myself the time.

Or, if you know any games or novels or series with nice portraits I can extract/find, that’d be nice. I’d prefer to avoid 3d models if possible.

Other RPG books with fitting art could also work, I can get the images out of em.

No AI, of course, fuck that noise
