Hi!! I am really wanting to continue my decades long on/off journey of learning Spanish but I’m struggling with resources

I do NOT want an app like babbel or Duolingo I am a very specific learner where I need to be physically writing to comprehend and memorize.

I do not have time for a class at my local community college or Spanish language schools because my work schedule is very unpredictable

I am looking for something self guided with workbooks/worksheets and instruction or lectures that align with the work. Willing to spend some $$ because I think this is such a critical skill!
