I am on my second grow attempt - my last tub was awesome and kept giving flushes. So - I started two grain bags probably too early. When I broke one apart to go to the next bulk - it looked good and smelled good, but it has taken way too long to colonize. I put a casing layer on the top and haven’t seen any colonization - and I am afraid to go in there and check or mix. Wondering if the mycelium in the grain bag died or what. Worse is - I have another grain bag that is fully colonized and thinking it is the same state if the other one died. I would say the grain bags have been colonized for 3-4 months - hard to remember exactly. These are albino PE if that helps or matters.
