Back of my neck has been super dark for about 3 years now, the first picture is from 2023 April where it is a little dark but completely fine because it has been like this my whole life, second picture is from 2 days ago. There is a huge difference, the picture is taken in the exact same position in the exact same lighting too.
I went to my doctor 2 years ago and he just said it’s “excessive skin/hyperpigmention” and brushed it off. He showed me this kind of bleach cream which I’ve attached below and I used it maybe 4-6 times and I just saw my neck hairs getting bleached but not actually my skin and after that I didn’t use it because I was hesitant to keep putting bleach on my skin.
I saw some posts and responses where they say it’s insulin response and to get your blood work checked, I have been in the exact same physique and pretty much same diet since that first picture so I thought I would’ve noticed by now, just need any help/suggestions any of you have.
