I tried another stab at the alpha and I feel like it looks a lot better! The first butterfly at the top was kinda wonky but I think the rest turned out good! This is a bookmark for my mom for Mother’s Day

This is my FIRST completed alpha after 5 tries. I wanted something small but now that it’s complete it doesn’t look like what i thought it would, can you tell what it’s supposed to be? Any constructive criticism? Thank you!

I’m trying my first alpha, I have watched at least three videos on it and it’s like anytime I do it’s all bunched up and weird and almost 3D like? Can anyone tell me what I need to do?
I saw another creative beauty on here make this pattern using different colors and I wanted to do the same! I messed up so it’s uneven on the ends but it fits perfectly in my bible so I guess it all worked out:)
