Weight gain, or maintenance?
Weight gain, maintenance or loss? Saturday I had 1,351 calories and did 3,239 steps, sunday 2,436 steps and had 1,532 calories, but last week: monday I did nothing, just 322 steps, and had 1,382 Calories.
I’m 41.5kg female, 5’3, 21 years old. Tuesday, i had 1,385 calories and did 4,298 steps and Wednesday i did 3,564,steps and had 1,375 calories.
Thursday I did 9,081 steps (81 floors) and ate 1,585 calories. I feel like I’m gonna gain. Friday 1,386, and 7,936 steps.
Saturday I did 3,112 steps, and ate 1,372 calories and Sunday 2,519 steps and 1,442 calories.
This week: Monday 2,749 steps 1,392 calories. Wednesday I did 12,584 steps and 70 floors. I had 2,723 calories.
Thursday i did 3,788 steps and had 1,387 calories.
Yesterday 3,000 steps and 1,360 calories.
Today 5,137 steps. 1,628 calories.
