His car got shrunk by a villains as he was leaving work and now he needs help to get out of his now very small car😂
Basically the villain can shrink or grow things to mildly inconvenience others so for example, if you want a grape and ask them to use their quirk then the grape would either shrink to so small you can barely see it or grow so big it'll be almost impossible or at least pretty hard to eat it lol, so in this case bakugous car shrunk to a size where he wont be squished to death but hell just be stuck and cant get out without help lollz
