Where to start /\ help this junior 17 year old young lad joining college this August.

Am a 17 year old, who will be turning 18 this june and starting college this july. I will be joining either in CSE - AI/ML - MnC like these three caught my interest. The thing is, I wanna make my hands dirty with programming. And when I say this, I wanna learn it to its heart and core in order to build all the things I ever wanted too.

My past experience has been: Have worked alongside stanford prof for astrophysics research, worked in India's best hyperloop company in cutting edge tech, developed and published research paper about integration of sensor fusion techniques for Enhanced Space debris monitoring on ArduSat alongside team of all adults and just personal projects.

What I wanna do now? Well i wanna do programming to its core, master CP, grind leetcodes and most imp learn about these. I have joined some internships through my connections regarding VC's and investors just to make connections for my project. But I wanna start my shit now, and tbh i dont even know basics of programming like not even HTML.

Where should I start? I was thinking i should first master python but someone told me its not good for CP and like i got no idea where to start. ANy help will be valuable.

Thanks!

So, I am someone who really does not have faith in these things but I wanna try this once and I have perfect opportunity to try it out. I had given entrance examination for college in my country, and our results will be out on 18th may. I attempted marks on the borderline of passing and the fact is we do n't have any ans key or clear cut-offs for admission that's why its perfect opportunity to try it out. So for the next 2 weeks, starting tonight, I will follow the law of attraction and manifestation and get back to all of you with result. I will manifest only 1 thing "I got accepted into [uni's name] for my undergraduate degree in major [major's name] and nothing else.

How will I do it? here are the steps

  1. Gonna write tonight what I clearly want, eliminating all neg energy, and writing my goal clearly.
  2. Meditating every morning and every night about me getting into the college, feeling the exact same feel.
  3. Will stay away from toxicity, neg media, discussion about correct answers to exam, cut-offs, ranks, etc. etc.

Let's see how well it goes, I will get back to you guys after 2 weeks wether it worked for me or not

I wanted to apply for T20s and ivies in USA in 2024-25 cycle and even had prepped for it since last 3-4 years building ECs and doing what I love. But in 12th standard, I got hospitalised for approx 8 months, then my father got into near-death situation due to which I thought its better to stay in my country in case something bad happens. So I took a gap year, prepped for national exams and will be joining a pvt university (Tier 1 in my country), but idk why my heart says I should apply as a transfer student this cycle. Can you guys suggest what should I do, some of my ECs and awards are as follows:

ECs: (only listing main ECs)

  1. Independent astro research, collaborated with Prof.[Redacted] from [Redacted] university (one of the best astrophysicists we have). Accepted at 3 intl conferences, best research paper award at an intl conference too, got into ISRO [Redacted] challenge onsisting post doc and master students worldwide (top 20 out of roughly out of 7k+ worldwide). Got nominated for bal puraskar in my country (highest award for a teen)
  2. Research engineer @ [Redacted]: One of the finest aerospace company in our country, Researched about the integration of sensor fusion techniques for Enhanced Space debris monitoring on ArduSat as the only high schooler in the team. I also developed mathematical models for orbital mechanics to accurately predict debris trajectories considering perturbations such as atmospheric drag, solar radiation pressure, and gravitational interactions. This included Wavelet Transform for Noise Reduction, Kalman Filter for Dynamic State Estimation, Solar Radiation Pressure Modeling for this project as well. Published in a journal with Impact factor 8.433 (international journal).
  3. Research, scientist, Engineer {internship} for systems @ [redacted]: only hyperloop projects in our country - youngest in the company, worked on  on propulsion systems for hyperloop, funded by govt and VC backed
  4. Maths Circle of our country - selected as one of 40 students out of 500k+ nationwide to study advanced maths.
  5. Content writer - have written thousands of stories, shayaris, songs, scripts etc. since 3rd standard. Around 2 million content views since 2018. But like only high school stuff is counted, so views since my high school is 300k.
  6. Passion projects - Engineer/ researcher/scientist (independent) - My projects - Dimensional Anchors for Space Stabilization, electromagnetic and ion propulsion systems - self developed rocket (on paper, don't have funds to make a prototype) - some work on thrusters - How microjets (active-flow control technology) can be implemented to optimize lift and reduce drag on aircraft wings - Advanced solution to semi liquid spacecraft propellant - around 10-20 work on propulsion system (on paper, like yk only draft for now nothing else)
  7. Family responsibility - Mother had Hernia operation, father is suffering from deadly skin disease so I had to cook, clean (for 5 months) and look after my father for the  3 years - handled his medicines along with managing my studies and ecs.
  8. Basketball - had an offer from the state team but never joined so yeah of no use.
  9. Non profit - related to research - I am one of the 5 board members - established in 63 countries roughly - around 2k+ students guided. (its kinda cliche so i may not use it)

Awards:

1)Best research award @ [redacted] conference - related to 1st ec. (international)
2)ISRO [redacted] Challenge - top 40 out of 1 million (international)
3)National level science quiz winner (national) out of 5 million+ students
4)Youth ideathon top 1000 out of 100k+, IIT bombay [redacted] semifinalist, odf acceptance, Roote fellowship
5)IIT kanpur techkriti top1% (invited to iit kanpur) Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan rank holder
6)Bal Puraskaar nomination - nominated under Science and technology category.

I will be joining my college in august and tbh idk wether I should apply for transfer this year or not. I am doing some ECs as I am practically free for 3-4 months, and am gonna try for Caltech SURF too, but I am not sure wether I should try for transfers or not.

One issue: My class 12th report card. I barely have 84% (best 5 out of 6), due to my health issues in 12th.

decent LORs as well

can someone tell me what should I do?
