I got a pixel 10 pro xl on a plan with vodafone and i am wanting to get a refund or change my phone back to Iphone as this new phone has been nothing but very mediocre and a downgrade compared to my older iphone 14 pro max.
I originally took the phone thinking it had a good battery life as per the advertisement but have only been getting 4 hours of screen time daily compared to the 6 hours of screen time i get with my 3 year old iphone 14 pro max.
is this something i can raise to ACCC/Nsw Fair trading for false advertising?

Work/Overseas Card: CBA Ultimate Awards ($7k limit)
Newest Card: ANZ Frequent Flyer Platinum ($6k limit)
I earn a $75k annual salary and have an excellent credit rating according to my recent Equifax report. I’ve consistently paid off my balances every fortnight since I started using credit cards in 2021. I still live with my parents, so I have no rent or mortgage expenses.
I’m looking to open a new NAB credit card for the bonus points and a reduced first-year fee. Realistically, given my situation, am I likely to be approved? I have an offer to apply within the NAB app, but I’m wondering if they’ve already accessed my credit report or if this offer is shown to all customers. I can’t close the ANZ card yet because I’m going on a holiday soon and need to use the complimentary insurance.
