Anyone know how to get rid of pen ink on this remove it probably a stupid question

It's bad I'll be the first to admit that I as a child wasn't thought or reinforced how important is was to brush my teeth at night or floss my parents weren't the greatest when it came to my oral hygiene when it came to getting braces my father didn't want to pay for them as we "couldn't afford them" maybe we couldn't but maybe he just didn't want to I went to a dentist and they told me my gums were swollen and that if I don't get this taken care of I could lose teeth at 40 years of age. I use a water flosser my gums bleed where my top right premolars canines, left side canines and lower jaw molars on the right side of my bottom jaw. Any advice that can help I do have another dental appointment later in may.
