Can I park my car in Chennai airport for 3 nights?

I will be travelling from Coimbatore to Chennai in my car for a work and will be leaving to Goa from Chennai the next day. I don't know if I can park my car in Chennai airport for 3 nights until I come back. Few people say it is not safe to do so, I don't have any other option as I don't have any of my close ones in Chennai at this time.

How much would it cost? Will it be safe? Any other better options?
