A loud boom from what I believe to be a semi truck tire exploding is causing a standstill on 240 heading west so be advised if you're driving that way and if you're in downtown you can likely smell some terrible migraine inducing smoke
My story with this stuff is a bit different than a lot of yalls, I started doing this recreationally about a year ago, then stopped after two months, got back on it because i fell into a depressive spiral and drank on top of it. At the peak, which was only a couple of weeks, I did 4mg a day and drank on top of it. After about a month I began tapering and going down since about November of last year and finally got my dose down to .25mg of klonopin. I managed to get diazapam and switched to that. Now I tried this before and jumped after doing 5mg of Valium for about two weeks and got hit with withdrawal. This time I'm going much slower and now am at about 2.5mg started about a week ago and it's working out fairly well for me, though I do feel....different. Like it's a lower dose than. 25mg of klonopin. My question is, at what point can I jump? My friend thinks that me doing a long taper is just making me more dependent and that I should just rip the bandaid off. I don't agree but still, I read stories here where people were on benzos far longer than me and I feel like an outlier, like should I maintain my current dose for a bit longer before continuing to taper? Any guidance would be very helpful
So I'm making a white bean soup this weekend which I'm pretty excited for but one website is saying you don't need to soak the beans beforehand while another website is saying you need to soak them overnight. I don't want to over or undercook the beans of course so I'm sort of looking fo yalls take on this one
