I'll never get why this happens. The window is midnight to 3pm. Departure time is 9am, and granny charging from this point takes maybe 6 hours.

So why does it start sometimes at 10:30pm? Not consistently, but maybe 1 in 3 times. I was looking into a high-amperage timer, but it looked like I'd be moving soon, so I stopped, hoping I could get an L2 in my new place (landlord denied me adding a 240V outlet). Guess it's time to start looking again. Fresno electric rates are $0.30/KwH during the window, but $0.49 to $0.61 outside it.

I was just thinking of a complete tear down and rebuild of my plaza area, and what caused hesitation was the concern over destroying what I have and then not liking what I replace it with.

A feature I would love to see is save/restore points in construction. I understand there are no deaths in the game, and there wouldn't need to be any saves to return to, so I'd be perfectly happy if it was just a furniture mode restore and not a full game restore. I'd like the ability to experiment without it being always permanent.

If I could do it all in a single furniture-mode session where "undo all" would accomplish this, I would. But I hear about crashes or things not "sticking" and getting undone upon exiting furniture mode, and I don't think it's really feasible to do a whole biome in one furniture-mode session.
